After a very long hiatus, we have revived our plans to celebrate our marriage in a very big way.
The traditional wedding that we are supposed to have is commonly known as THE wedding banquet. If you haven’t splurged on a dinner for your friends and family, you haven’t really gotten married. (via the old-school thinking..)
So, our wedding is now in April next year, and considering we are at the start of Dec (sort of), we are swinging right back into wedding planning mode again. Just that this time, it’s going to be much more concrete and more details to work on now.
We’ve settled with going with Ian Photography for our pre-wedding shots. We’re in the pre-planning stage now. Will upload our journey along the way. I saw Ian’s portfolio and really love his photo album. I hoppe ours turn out as nice as well.
Tomorrow will be pretty exciting for us. We’ll be picking out our “formal” outfits for our fun and candid pre-wedding shots. Considering we are heading to Sydney next week, we have to pick our outfits tomorrow and get it tailored to ours by the time our shoot date comes… which is in a months’ time!
Meanwhile, looking through all the different videos and invite cards, gowns etc, is getting me quite emo with getting married. Sometimes I gotta check my emotions and try not to get carried away especially if you’re not sure if your groom is at the same level of excitement as you. (I’m sure he’s excited, just not as crazy excited as me… my excitement interferes my concentration at work at times.)
Meanwhile, let me share one of the most ridiculously impressive proposal ever…
